We produce 260 tons of fabric and 1 million garments per  month,  to the strictest  USA  specifications. We are constantly  working on new yarns and fabrics and are the leading suppliers of  Dupont branded Tactel in Egypt.   We   have   a   commitment   to  send  cloth swatches  to  Dupont  each  year,  who in  turn  send back  a  report  renewing  their  endorsement  of  our quality.   We   have  installed   the  latest  production tracking   equipment,  networked   to  our  mainframe computer   system   at   both  sites  to  ensure  total production accountability.  All orders are processed onto our computer controlled production  system  which  is  then  subject  to  strict critical   path   analysis   from   dedicated  production controllers,   who co-ordinate with all other production staff, i.e trims/label buyer, fabric controller, fabric QC, garment/pattern technologists, cutting room manager and  sewing  plant  QC's,  to maintain the  timely and satisfactory production of the order and delivery to the customer.
