Each batch of fabric
can be traced along the shop floor at any given time via computer terminals, and by means of
a computer print out stating which stage of the production
process each particular batch is situated.
An hourly report/printout is
produced throughout the dyeing process which has a capacity of
150kg to 1,200kg, and utilizes high temperature Italian
Laip machines for polyester and synthetics. We can turn greige fabric into fully finished rolls within twelve
hours and we even have our own on-site water treatment units, to test the alkaline and acid content of the water we use
