Every garment is cut in-house using the latest Gerber computer   cutting    equipment,    ensuring   that   all garments   are    cut   precisely,   quickly   and   cost effectively.  We  can  produce  around  55,000 pieces daily  and  after  cutting,  the panels are transferred to our  sewing  plant  for  the  completion  of the finished garments Our fabric screen printing capabilities include:  screen making  and   stretching,   darkroom   and   exposing facilities,    through   to   a   full   design   and   colour separating  service.  We  have  electronic   step   and repeat  facilities  for  all  over  designs  of  up  to eight colours and can offer: placement prints  ( up to eleven colours ),    border    prints,    expander / puffer    ink, photographic, process, discharge screen printing  and 'caviar' beading is currently under development.  Other applications include hand sewn beading and sequins.
